Hi:

That's a rather non-specific error/problem.
So it's hard to say, without more specific info about the system, including its security setup.

IF you are running KAV/KIS/KTS 2016 and MBAE (Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit), see HERE.

Short version: there was/is a compatibility issue between KAV/KIS/KTS 2016 and MBAE 1.07.1.1015.
Solution: download and install on top the MBAE 1.08.1.1021 BETA Preview, as explained HERE.
(If you use NoScript in Firefox, you'll need to allow "box.com" and boxcdn.net" to allow the download.)
Alternatives:
MBAE 1.07 Free -- temporarily uninstall until 1.08 is available via General release.
MBAE 1.07 Premium -- disable browser shields until 1.08 is available via General release.

Cheers,

MM
