SPTD is still on your system, too. It showed up in the dump. Please use the uninstall tool I posted the link to.
Greg's advice is spot on. If you want your system to run smoothly, you are going to have to get rid of the obsolete software and drivers. If not, you are going to be plagued with an unstable system. if you insist on all that stuff, you would better off to uninstall Win 7 and install XP.
