help !!

i have this problem when i try to move any file to another folder or partition

what should i do​

That is telling you, you need administrative rights to work with that file.

When you right click on that file do you see _Run as Administrator_ listed?

If you do then click on that and it should allow you access to the file.

Just to add to this...

I have found that sometimes you need to hold the shift key when you right click in order to get the 'Run as Administrator' option.

i have installed new windows
and it was read for all

As JD has iterated there are different levels of "Administrator"

the problem is that i can't change premissions to allow me to edit this folder because it was been shared in the previous windows
when i try to unshare or add permissions for evryone i have this error

the user that end with 1000 is the one that shared this folder in the previous windows ,so i want to delete it
