That NIC should work under W7 natively - I got it working under *nix using a generic Tulip driver, so any basic generic driver should work in W7 as well. However, being as it is an older card (I have one of those, by coincidence) it simply may not work at all.

Last time I looked, the ADM drivers actually came from RealTek, IIRC....
