Is there any way to find out your graphics card name and motherboard etc...., without deassembling the actual machine .....

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Click start and type in the search box
system and select system information

System summery will show a lot of stuff,
But if you want to see graphic's click on the + sign next to hardware Resources
You should now see your chip set and graphic's card brand and series

Tweaking.com's Hardware Identify is also a tool; however, like Speccy, it is very thorough, and one can get info-overload.
