Helping tracing a stack trace error when running Windows Migration

Hi there - trying to migrate a load of old user data from a W SP1 machine to a new Mac. I've downloaded the correct versions of the Apple Migration Tool. When running under the primary user it chucks back the error "An error occurred while preparing your information for transfer".

Looking at the log, it's falling over here:

Running as another user works fine, so something as the problem user clearly causing problems with this SMSlingShotServer but I can't see any relevant process or service that may be causing it.

Can anyone give any suggestions as to what it might be? Google not proving helpful either

I don't think you can do that where did you hear about this? do you have migration assistant for windows?

Move your data from a Windows PC to your Mac - Apple Support Downloaded from there.

Moved stuff now via copy and paste but would still be interested to know what caused this if possible.
