hi, this is my 2nd. or 3rd. visit here and have always had
my problems resolved, so thank you all very much.
This time I'm again having a reboot/bsod and very much
need your help as I'm slowly installing my software products.

The first reboot occured after I installed Asus AI Suite II
The second reboot after installing LOMAC Lockon Gold.

The grab by SF_Diagnostic_Tool is attached.

If you need anymore info please let me know.
Thank you

P.S. I also have Corsair "link" installed.

I'd be wary of using the Asus AI Suite II. Motherboard software has a reputation for often being quite buggy. Any overclocking should be accomplished within the BIOS, and if your system is unstable any overclocking should be reset. Be aware that some motherboards have default "normal" BIOS settings as actually overclocked settings, so it's best to see if it has default "safe" settings to switch too. As for monitoring needs, there are better 3rd-party utilities out there (like HwInfo).

To summarize, I recommend you remove any overclocked settings, uninstall Asus AI Suite and any other software that came with the motherboard, and update BIOS/chipset drivers.

If your system is still unstable after that, turn on Driver Verifier and let it crash a couple times, then send us crashdumps. Read instructions entirely.
