im running win 7 32bit i get audio but no video etc tv card ran compatibility tests etc

Hi and welcome


Can you check device manager to see if the driver is installed and working properly? type devuce manager in search>video tab>your card should be listed and not have a yellow triangle on it

Also while you are there check for any other "unkknown" devices
