im going to open the aero.msstyles.mui which i found in the theme folder which i am using....
hope id does the trick....

edit... nope,nothing can be found for my problem...
omg,is there really no way to change this?! i know i did it once,but cant remember how -.-

The easiest way t do it is with Ave's Windows7 Style Builder . You are to edit in this two locations :
