HI I had a virus cause several reg key leaks warning 1530 user profile

I had a virus and when I tried to shutdown my system hung and I had to unplug and when restarted Norton removed Bloodhound Exploit 281 and I found Warning 1530 User Profile Service application had files still in use they will be unloaded now there were preferences,settings, and a couple certificates for iexplorer these are the ones I think cause error 4107 CAPI 2 along with a update for windows. How can I fix these certificates and time stamp issues that I have after I restored back before virus infection? I need help what options do I have to fix or attempt to fix reinstall would be difficult because Dell support sucks and I have alot of time invested and money in setup. THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

Fact: Within the last week I and many others had that capi error. It is not from your virus.

I never saw that problem prior to my having it and then many posters with the problem.

Strangely, the way I solved it, after google, was to go to services, windows media network, and turn it off. Be sure that no other service is dependant on it. Why, I do not know. It worked for me and few others. The certificates worked for no one, that I have seen.
