High cpu usage need help finding whats doing it

sigh..sorry for constantly bothering you with questions, well after my factory restart and download of most updates, and installing avast, my cpu is high at 20-40% idle and 60-99% when doing 1 or 2 things. im not sure if its just avast not being customized to not use so much cpu, the update setting i have to download the update and let me decide to install them or not or if its something that should not be there. again sorry for posting yet another thread,i just need a quick look and some thoughts.

right now the mb usage is 3.74GB
