I've been using Hitman Pro as an on-demand scanner and I am very happy with it! I have been running my browser in Sandboxie with no need of a real time Antivirus for quite some time and I like to use Hitman Pro and other on-demand scanners just to make sure the computer is clean although there has yet to be the detection of even so much as a single tracking cookie that has gotten through Sandboxie.
