I have a pretty decent card for the game I play. Combat Arms? I pass recommended but lag in full games small maps ( full is 16 ) and settings are to a minimum. honestly the game almost looks like crap because my settings are so low. I got like ATLEAST 45+ FPS Then I got a wicked virus reinstalled and now its like 35-42 D: If someone has teamviewer and wants to optimize my pc id love it =]

Ya the new graphics card would work better and fine in Windows 7. You should start looking to get a new CPU, dual-core minimum at least though. You are lagging because in multiplayer, the more people you are against, the more lag you will get.
