Home and Student Activation Issues

So home and student can be used on three different computers. I installed it for my parents on their computer and now I've installed on my new laptop. However, when I got to activate it when a program starts it says that the product has already been activated the maximum number of times. This would only be the SECOND time it has been activated. What do I do?

Additional info: the account that office was installed/downloaded with was the same in both instances.

There is a number it prompts you to call if you have any disputes. Simply call it and they should help you resolve the issue.
