Home premium 64bit upgrade to ultimate?

Currently running as title and was wondering is there any benefit to upgrade to ultimate to utilize bitlocker.
Or is there any cheaper options of encryption than bitlocker? I know there is options, would like to hear other opinions

TrueCrypt is a good free option to encrypt your drives and/or files with.

If you like, you could compare the features between Home Premium and Ultimate to see if there are other features that you may want to make it worth upgrading or not.
