Solved Homegroup problem - cant connect after reinstall

Hi,

So I reinstall my windows. This computer create the homegroup with password that every other computer in the house connected to. So now I'm trying to connect to that homegroup but with no success("windows cant set up homegroup on this computer.")..
Also there isnt a place to create new homegroup, only join one.

What are my options? (if it possible I rather remain with my default homegroup name)

In general if the machine that created the original Homegroup is removed it can lead to problems. Your best bet would be to leave the Homegroup from all machines then create a new one and rejoin from all machines.

This Homegroup check list may help you to spot other potential problems. I'd recommend that you check everything on that list very carefully.
