Hopeless Win7 Installation Problem

Hello,

I am trying to install windows 7 on my new laptop DELL INS 5559. I created a USB Boot via Rufus and also a DVD with Windows ISO Burner.

Problem is 3 phased :

If I just use USB stick :

Then it gives "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing" error. I have tried unplug and plug many times with different styles, not worked.

If I just use DVD :

I can't boot with it, after power on it gives "boot failed, press a key to restart" error.

If I use both of them :

I boot via USB which is fine and I come to install screen, I choose Windows 7 version and at hard-disk partition choosing it gives "Setup was unable to create a new system partition" error in both partitions. One is 300GB System Type, other is 630GB Primary type.

Another crazy thing :

I can just use diskpart in welcome install screen, not in partition select screen.

I did same thing in above, when I restart it gave BOOTMGR missing error, I try to diskpart again and my partition was lost! 959GB Disk but 0B free!

I can supply any screenshot you want, just please help me get over this problem. It has been 2 days now, I searched all around the net but didn't find anything at all.

I most probably already tried anykind of stuff, but I will try again and report you everything.

BIOS is on Legacy and AHCI.

did you use the same Win7 ISO for the bootable USB and DVD you created? If yes, you may want to try to download a new ISO just to make sure it is not ISO-related problem.

Also,
During installation (both USB and DVD plugged-in), did you try to delete all the HDD's content by selecting "Delete" before you proceed to the fresh OS install?
