Hello everyone my computer that I built two years ago seems to be having some trouble that started over night.

The Problem:
When I start up the computer, white horizontal (almost bar code like) lines cover the screen. (Image uploaded). Some times it will bsod when i try log in some times it does not. Also the white lines are still there even in safe mode.

Computer Specs
  • Graphics Card: Geforce gtx 560
  • Processor: AMD Phenom II x6
  • Motherboard: MSI MS-7640
  • 8GB of RAM

BSOD error log uploaded

EDIT: Also seems that the resolution has been reduced from 1920x1080 to a lower resolution. (graphics card dieing?)

Thank you

Hello, you might power off and pull out and replace your GPU card. Sometimes they get dirty or loose and this helps. Also remove and replace any power connectors it might have.

Use Driver Sweeper (link in my sig) to uninstall your graphics driver and install the newest one.
http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...e-video-drivers-windows-7-a-133.html#post3389

Did that still same thing though after a couple of shut downs it logged in as normal then screen got the white lines and bsoded.
