HOSTS File: anyone know what these entries signify?

I know I should get out more. But it's raining. So I've just been tootling about with my Kerish Doctor (the only sw of its type I'd ever allow near this pooter.) I've had Kerish for years but never bothered to meander through all its options. Anyway. I'm browsing through them and come across 'Domain Map', otherwise the hosts file, wherein are displayed 39 objects. Have to admit, I've never inspected it before.

It all seems pretty innocuous. But I'm wondering about some of the entries, notably:

ca.telemetry.microsoft.com; df.telemetry.microsoft.com; feedback.search.microsoft.com; oca.telemetry.microsoft.com; reports.wes.df.telemetry.microsoft.com; watson.ppe.telemetry.microsoft.com.

There are others (such as spynet: eh?) but rather than list 'em all, here's a piccie. Questions, then: are these of any significance? Should I leave 'em where they are? Or delete them?

Kindly note: I'm asking not because I'm paranoid, which I certainly am not. But I do know Microsoft is out to get me. :devil2:

It seems pointless normally it's in the format name IP so it speeds up the network as no DNS is needed. Those entries just say there on the net not local you can just remove them all

RE: MS Spynet. As far as I know it's part of windows defender.

I know nothing about Kerish Doctor or what your screenshot is showing. Could be blocked domains in HOSTS file or trusted domains in firewall?
