Hi, I have no hosts file.

I just went to create a new one and went to save it in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc but a dialog box popped up telling me hosts already exists and whether it wants me to overrwrite it. Thought this was odd because there's nothing there called hosts.

Any ideas?

Most likely, the file is hidden, and that's why you can't see it.

Nope wasn't hidden. Strange. I just let the Microsoft Fixer thing put a new one in. Initially wanted to try and restore the one I had originally but decided to just let it go in the end.
