Solved How activate Win+E shortcut

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate for 32 bits, but Win+E doesn't open the windows explorer, somebody can explain help me to activate it?

The default value of the Win+E is in the registry at the following location;

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\Shell\opennewwindow\command\DelegateExecute

The value should be;

{11dbb47c-a525-400b-9e80-a54615a090c0}

Check and verify the value.

If you need to make a change, be sure to backup the registry first!
