How big of a PSU you think I need?

CPU:AMD Phenom II x6 1055t 2.8 going to OC to 3.0-4.0
RAM:8gb of DDR3 1333
MB:asrock 870 extreme3
Hard Drive: 500gb 7200rpm
GPU: Geforce GTS 450 or GTX 460 not planning to SLI any time soon.
Case: HAF 932 Full tower.

I agree with pparks.

Use a major brand such as Corsair, OCZ, Coolermaster, Antec.
When power supplies go out they take other parts with them such as moboards, CPU's and video cards.

So this is where you want top quality.

I know you guys are gonna slam me hard for saying this but Im not positive yet, I know your not supposed to skip out on PSUs but Ive seen some PSU that got great ratings and im willing to give anyone a chance, In my Build right now im running a Off brand i never though it would work right but it did, other than that...what are some price rangers from 40-60 bucks for a decent power supply, When i start to put in sli cards and over clocking crazy ill get some money for a 150-200 dollar supply, but for now I cannot, I might not even O.C the CPU to 4.0 probably 3.5 or even 3.0 to make it okay.

You don't have to rush into anything today. They will have a bunch of new ones on sale tomorrow or Friday. New rebates etc.
Maybe even one for $60 without worrying with a rebate.

It's a lot cheaper to spend a little money up front than to spend a lot on a new PSU and MOBO or RAM when it blows and takes them with it.
You have been lucky if you managed in the past with a crappy PSU, but don't push your luck.
OCZ or Corsair are the best PSUs on the market at present and if you can afford it buy one of them.

It's not necessary to spend $150 to $200 to get a very solid power supply. I want to say I spent about $120 on my modular Corsair...but getting the modular one with fewer wires was a real priority for me. Without going modular, I would have been around $90.
