How can I change the corners of windows ?

Picture No 1 shows how it looks at the moment.

Picture No 2 shows the edges being sharp.


Would you know if there's a tweak for that ?

Well, it is some unofficial theme, cause the buttons also looks different.

Yeah, look next to the clock. No show desktop button. Also shut down buttons in start looks different.

Stuff like this will come along soon enough. In fact I'm surprised there aren't more skins already on deviantart. The uxtheme patch exists, and the ui isn't a huge leap forward from vista, I would've thought skinners would be all over it already. Perhaps it's as someone else said, 'they haven't got bored of the default skin yet'.

Yes is compatible.
But you can modify images in the *.msstyles with Reshacker /Restorator and a Graphicsoftware

I was looking into this recently, for my Win7 Aero theme.

It took me a while as I couldn't find the answer online, so I will share it in this old thread.

You can use a little app called Win7 Aero Square Corner Patcher (attached).

Or as I prefer, modify the Shadowless.FrameTop and Shadowless.FrameBottom with Windows Style Builder.

When using ASCP, the corners were sharp, but the rounding "shadow" was still visible, in my case (theme).
