how can i connect through VPN ( PPTP ) .. what steps should i do plz ?

hello guys .. please help me how can i create PPTP connection ?
the guy came and made connection only in my laptop but i need net on other PCs but i can not make connection .. here is the card they give ,, hope it is useful

thanks Dave .. i made the same steps already but not working .. i have seen the guy did something with DOS but i do not remember what .. and there is some ( VPN-PASSWORD ) on the paper i do not know where to use ... please help
