Hi, I have Updatet windows vista home premium to windows 7 home premium. I installed with clean verision, but everything is still on my computer and Vista to....

And every time I start it, it asks if I want to use Vista or 7...

Maxmize the Disk Mgmt window.

Use the Snipping Tool in Start Menu, create a file and attach with paper clip in Reply box.

We will give you the steps to recover the boot files and Vista disk space (if you want) into Win7.
