I have seen some of the threads listed but none have been able to get my nephew's laptop working again. It is a Toshiba Satellite Pro L450D. His hard drive got corrupted and we've lost everything. I am now trying to load windows 7 64 bit on to a brand new hard drive. I keep getting 'No Drives were found. Click load Driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation'.
I then press the "Load Driver" and get up 'To install the Device driver needed to access your hard drive, insert the installation media containing the driver files and then click OK.'
When I browse to find the drivers I've downloaded from Toshiba direct on my flash drive, I get "No signed drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers and then click OK'
This is as far as I can go because I do not know how or where to get "signed drivers".
If someone is able to help a silver surfer to complete the installation it would be much appreciated. Thank you
