It seems to me, that on the first 12 items I can see in the pinned pull-up window of the Explorer icon on the task bar if I add another item (like a folder), it stays hidden but if I delete any of the visible ones, the hiden one shows up on the bottom. I am using something called "classic shell" and with it "classic start menu" , I am not sure if it has anything to do with this and my Windows 7 sp1 has just a few crucial patches installed.
Is there a way to increase the number of pinnable items to 20 or 30 somehow? Maybe through the registry?
