Where did you buy your copy of Windows 7?
Retail copies include MS excellent tech support which can advise you on this.
If you are referring to ISDN then your provider will tech support connecting your new Win7 installation to the internet if it doesn't configure itself and the Troubleshooter doesn't help.

I bought and still have an ISDN 3Com Modem, used it in 1998 before I got DSL costs 300 bucks and the service, cost 110 bucks a month, 54x2 it was...learned the limitation of 115K from the onboard UART, needed a serial device to get he full 128K benefit of dial up modems,,,,like new, anyone want to think about it...

- lots of, may OC soon, liking Win7 more and more....I plugged it into my 46XBR3, worked right away, on HDMI, a slider for resolution was easy to tweak, plugged it back to my NEC 22, it is like it saved the ini file somewhere, I did nothing to change the resolution on the different TV/Monitors...this is major cool, truly plug and play (well, maybe)...lol
