I have an application where the subwindows are placed too high so that the title bar of the subwindow is underneath the menus of the application window.
How can I move the subwindow downward without touching the title bar?

The windows key and arrow keys will move a window :D It will snap to the top or either side of your screen depending on the arrow key used. ^_^

Ok, it is not a well-known application, it is Rupplynx that lets me communicate with my Sharp Zaurus organizer. But I have had the same problem with other applications in the past, and I think it is a Windows problem.

Thanks everyone for your advice.

I was able to solve my problem. I just went to the Windows menu in my application and clicked at "Tile Vertically", and the title bar of my subwindow showed up.

The DragToScroll sounded like a nice tool to use. However when I was trying to run it, my AVG Virus Protector told me that there was a threat, and I could see it, because my mouse became hard to control. So I did not run it.

Gladyou got it sorted. It's so easy to forget about the simple things such as a menu function hahaha ^_^ Hopefully it remembers where you put them and now it won't be a problem anymore!
