How can i move files (Including Windows) Onto a New HDD From a old one

No they don`t, you can always break it up into more partitions later.

Windows is supposed to be on the left and your data to the right, but you do it however you want.

Of course it's bettter to put OS in front of physical disk. He can do it now or later. It's just copy all files from X to other partition, delete X, move/resize OS partition to front of phiscal disk, make new partition, move files back to new partition.

Or do it now.... delete Z and move X to the end of physical disk. Can be done with Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online take home edition..it's free

download macrium reflect free Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - Information and download (download is on bottom of webpage).
Install it and run it. click "clone disk disk". Select correct source and destination disk. Drag and drop C to the place where Z was. Adjust the properties of destination partition. Make it as large as you want. Make it type primary and active!! Start the clone process.

Finished succesfully? Now force a reboot to new disk. Post results

You can only move to unallocated space.. that's why I let you delete Z. I did advise you to mark NON-boot partitions INACTIVE (so it doesn't try to boot from that). Also I asked you to post disk management output to see what parition it boots from and what is OS partition.

Also I asked if it was possible to delete X. That way ... it's easier to clone.... that's all.

I've "moved" Windows using just this method -- and it's very easy. Just have both drives connected and "clone" the windows install from one drive to the other.

Ok i've managed to move the whole drive into the new drive, everything is fine, files are 100% the same, but...
I cannot boot from Z, Nor does Z have a windows logo in Macrium reflect,
In the video the guy didn't have a windows logo on it either but he did have on on his recovery partition
Do i have to make it boot manually or what?

If you enter BIOS you can change the boot priority. You see options like CD/DVD, USB, Harddisk.
Is there an option to specify which harddisk to boot from?

Macrium reflect show a windows logo in case it's a primary partition and active... so a possible boot partition. Sure Z is primary and active? You cloned C which is primary and active.... so must be fine.

But you cloned to an extended partition (marked with green border in disk management). Maybe it's logical now as well? That's why I told you to make it primary and active in destination partition properties

X and Z have green border so are logical partitions! Make them primary.
Download and install Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online take the free HOME version. Run it
Then make X and Z primary. X is not really necessary.

Of course you can do it with other partition software as well
