how can i read the DMP files?

Hello

I recently installed a new Windows 7 ver
and everytime (it seems like it) my computer is going to sleep mode, he is getting blue screen and crashes down and actually shot down ( i realy need to press the on button again when i come to the computer)
than i get the msg "your compuer had a unexpected shotdown"

this is the DMP files i am getting, can anyone help by telling me what is wrong? or maybe read them for me? i do not have a tool for it

BTW
i have 3 dump files, but only one was able to be zipped
the other 2 i got an error msg regarding them that they are not available or access denied
