I'm using Windows 7 in my home office. No network. I connect to the internet through a router and ethernet. I want to manually control Windows 7's access to the internet. I want to disconnect the internet when I'm not actually using it. Is there a simple way to toggle my connection on and off?

AddRAM, my Windows 7 has Local Area Connection and Wireless Network, would the thread starter have to disable both devices in order to completely disengage from The 'Net?
