how can i use ICS in win se7en ?

iv got pc with a broad band modem and laptop. an idea came to my mind and decided to share internet between these systems although i didnt succeed and i used my laptop remote Desktop to connect to my pc then having internet .
would u please tell how i can use ICS
laptop OS:vista home premuim64-bit PC oS:win7 ultimate 32-bit

more trouble apeared when i found out that i can just use my laptop remote desktop to see my pc and Viceversa didnt work i mean that i couldent use my pc remote desktop to see my laptop although two systems were pinging each other .whats the problem ?

should both of OS be the same, is that the problem ?

Glad to hear it ramin. I use a router instead of ICS so I can't really check these configurations myself.
