How customize a Windows ISO?

Hello,

I have work with network that have more 50-60 PC ... everytime i fresh install windows OS and install all program and some feature like Add my language or Add UTF8 etc...

is possible customize windows os for feature do it? also some program like chrome and firefox and winrar and my custom program for my network installed after setup windows?

Several options run a custom install with answer file. Do one pc install everything then uses sysprep and take an image with free imaging software which you can then image to every pc and it runs a mini install at start to set simple things like pc name workgroup etc. Ms has a server you can run which will deploy to new PC's

It is not necessary to use imagex to capture the sysprepped partition.

You could use gimagex, which is easier because it has a graphic interface.
