How do eliminate "dialup" screen?

This past summer the only way for me to connect to internet was via dial-up (People PC). I'm back to my normal broadband, but I keep getting the dial-up screen (see screen shot). I have uninstalled People PC, but I still get the annoying dial-up screen. How do I get rid of this screen? Help will be appreciated.

I think you can delete in the network connections part of control panel.
