Solved How do i add open new txt file

There in forum i found a lot tutorials but no one working for me. Can you help with some suggestions. I cannot add to open new txt file from right click new menu.
I add picture as well.

Using step 10 in the tutorial below may be able to restore the New -> "Text Document" item for you.

If not, then download and merged the txt option in the tutorial below to restore it's default associations to see if that will afterwards.
