How do I bypass "missing drivers" error during 7 Ultimate USB install?

I have a USB copy of Windows 7 Ultimate and an HP Envy 17 Laptop and I would like to perform a clean install, wipe the whole drive and start fresh. When I get to the windows setup screen I keep getting the infamous "You have missing drivers, files, etc. on your computer. Please insert another form a media containing these files." error. Is their any way I may be able to bypass this and go straight to the format hard drive screen? I have all the drivers on an external hard drive, but only as executables directly downloaded from HP, but windows setup doesn't recognize them.

I recreated a bootable USB stick, but I get this error message.

Can I work around this or do I need to try another .ISO file? I would try the DVD but I dont have it anymore. My only option at the moment would be to try a different ISO.

Will do, once again i'll report back with anymore issues.

UPDATE

Worked, only for some reason I had to use a DVD-R to make it work. Apparently I can't install any Windows OS via USB. I checked every option in the BIOS and no option is available for me to enable USB install. Nevertheless, I got Windows 7 Ultimate installed clean, installing drivers and is looking very good.

Thank you.
