How do I change option in visual styles

Hello,

I have "Use visual styles on windows and buttons" turned ON, and I only want to change 1 thing with this setting: when I go to youtube and fullscreen a video it animates/taxes a second to get to fullscreen.
If I disable it, it goes straight away.
I don't want to disable the whole feature, just the fullscreen window animation. (os is win7 ultimate x64, browser is firefox).
