Solved How do i change window icons back to default?

I changed a few images using some sort of image changer, like icon change but i can not remember it's name.

The provided screenshot is the images i would like to change, i have no idea how to change them to default.. it's not majorly needed but i would prefer to know if i can fix it as it looks wrong on other themes that are not designed for that.
