How do I create a Visual Style from scratch? Copy Window's Aero theme?

Hello,

For the life of me I can't firgure this out.

I have successfully downloaded themes and installed them, and even slightly modified theme; however, I want to make my own theme.

I don't know what tools people use; I have patched, have Theme Manager v3.1.1, and Style Builder v1.5.0.

My first goal was to simply remove the user account picture from the start menu, and modify the margins (to remove the space).
Here is a picture of my test desktop... very happy I was able to do this!!!

However, where do I go from here? I want to be able to install it as if I downloaded it at deviantart or some other website that features themes for windows.

I should probably make clear, although I was able to remove the user picture from the start menu, I am unable to get the theme stably installed. If I restart my computer, or change themes in Control Panel and restore the theme it "breaks"... it shows the classic style and removes all my modifications (not many I admit).

I guess, basically I want to be able to copy the default Aero theme and modify it. If I could do this without a bucketload of programes that would be nice.

Furthermore, please don't recommend me Windowblinds.. haha, been there done that.

I use Windows Style Builder. If you need more help let me know.
