PS: I tried using a program called "rufus" alot of people say it works but when I tried using it to put my xp installer to usb to make it bootable etc. it did"nt work , I connect the usb before oning my netbook and it just does its normal routine and did"nt load the setup . I also have alread made usb the firs thing to load on BIOS.

XP is so old it is now a struggle to install it on modern hardware. So it's best to consider now virtualizing it from within Win7 using freeware like XP Mode, Virtual Box, VMWare or Virtual Player.

You'll need to make the stick bootable. If Rufus won't work then try this manual method: How to install Windows XP on a Netbook using a USB flash drive - TechSpot Forums

Shrink C to make space to install XP, but create the partition and full NTFS format during XP install.

If you have four Primary partitions then you'll need special help to convert one to Logical and make the new XP partition Logical and adjacent. Only the System partition cannot be made Logical, but I would not want a bootable Recovery or OEM partition Logical either, so best to post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image
so we can advise you better.
