Solved How do I find which policy is preventng printer drier installation?

I'm running win 7 Pro 32 bit. Trying to install a new printer (Brother HL-L2320D). Everything goes well until
the driver tries to load. I get the message " installation prevented by policy ".

I am unable to determine which policy setting is the cause.
I am logged on as Administrator.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
