How do I fix game crashes

When i play games such as nba 08, crossfire it will eventually crash. And my laptop is turned off.
Sorry for my bad english. Need help!

Other possible causes could be an outdated video/graphics driver, incompatible antivirus, using a third party defrag tool like Smart Defrag, use of a registry cleaner, damaged or corrupt system file(s), bad hard drive sector(s), etc. You may want to read through this previous Forum thread for additional ideas.
