How do I get a partition to mount for one user but not another?

For security reasons, I would like to have a partition that is mounted/visible from one user profile but not from others even if both profiles are loaded at once. If there is no way to do this with an entire partition, can it be done with a folder. My intention here is not just that one user not be able to read another's files, but that one user won't even see that the other's files even exit. I know that this can be done using each user's "my documents" folder inside each user's profile, but that is on the C drive and that will not work for me because there is not enough room on the C drive to hold the required data.

theres no way to do so with partitions but
you can move the storage folders of each user (users\name\[my documents] ..\[my pictures] .. video etc to another partition and windows permissions will do the job for you, only move the [my documents] etc NOT the name folders at total please!

(i recomend creation of seperat user folders and move the storage folders into there)
its a very bad habbit of windows to store user data on system drive, old linuxers like me really dont understand this but well, people seem to dont care about having terrabytes of data spread within the system drive now a days, moving those folders is one of the first thing i do when set up a win system
