How do I get FULL administrative rights? I need to delete some stuff.

Okay I'm on an Admin account. Making this clear.

Now onto my problem:
I have some batch files that I accidentally ran. For some odd ****ing reason that file runs every single time I start my computer. I'd delete it, but I have only been able to disable it manually until I restart using Task Manager. By going to Open File Location, It brings me to a file... in system 32? wut

Can't delete it because of TrustedInstaller rights?

Also, I have a Wacom tablet which has this weird add on attached, it's a permanent popup that is basically an on screen writing app. But you can't close it and you can't minimize it. Nor can you end the process, as it automatically restarts when stopped. My frustration is endless with this one.

Attempting to delete it, I ran into the same TrustedInstaller problem. I tried giving myself rights to do this, but I don't have rights to do that? And it doesn't say how to get rights?

If the above good advice does not work, but probably will
You may want to try the special administrator. It has authority over more than your administrator account.
After you are done retire him again. It is a bit too powerful in case of a mistake
