How do I get my mail back?

When I upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista a lost all my mail from outlook express. Is there a way to get them back to windows mail? thanks

did you format the drive, or install win 7 over OE? From windows mail you can import messages, but you have to point it to where the messages are. Do you know where the OE stored them?
