Hello lambentmarkus, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you like, you could disable the user account to no longer have it show up on the log on screen.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/181426-user-account-enable-disable.html

If you don't want to disable the user account, then you could set Windows to require users to enter both their user name and password on the log on screen to no longer see any users on the log on screen.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/61650-log-user-name-password.html

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn

I actually saw one of your solutions to this issue but they're really not solving what I want. I don't want to disable and if I do it the other way there will still be an empty user icon. Is there not a way to completely remove the login user icon? If not, is there a way to make the user login icon empty (without adapting it manually to its background)?

What I posted will make the user icon empty, and only have one on the log on screen.

Is there not a way to completely remove the login user icon?

There's this below, but it is risky to do. One mistake could cause issues.

I actually did try the "risky" one, but I had no success. By that I mean literally nothing happened and it stayed the same.

I do want the logon screen though. I have a nice login screen but the icon is bothering me
