How do I install a driver for my network adapter?

Okay so I have no clue how to do this. This message pops up every time I try to troubleshoot my internet connection. Windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you will need to re-install the driver. This is funny though because my network was working find but there was this issue with my laptop (Windows 7 Home Premium OA 32 bits) and I repaired and now the problem is gone but now I have the problem with my network. What do I do?

Try going to your computer manufacturer's or motherboard's web site and download the network driver. Then install it and see if the problem goes away.
