How do I install Windows 7 64bit instead of 32bit

I have Windows 7 32bit with an upgrade disc (so it only has the 32bit on it) and I would like to put 64bit on. I don't care about my data or programs (they are backed up) but I am wondering where I could get iso images and whether my product key will work.

If this is an education type version, where you only got the one DVD for the price, can you ask the folks that sold it if the license key will be good for a 64 bit version?

You do not need to spend hours making a Universal Installation DVD, just download the 64 bit installer for your version and follow the Best Practices for install in the tutorial.
