Hi,
Everytime I connect my cellphone or Camera , usually somethings (drivers?) run and though ultimately the files are accessible in the explorer , they do not exactly behave like a extended pen drive.

My default image viewer is Irfanview. Though the icons are that of Irfanview , the images open only thru Windows Photo viewer by leftclick. If I do right click open , the image opens thru Irfan view , I can' t traverse to the next or previous file.

What do I do? How do I tell Windows that except when I try to use my mobile for internet , I will like it to connect only as a pen drive?

USB devices act differently, so I don't want to speculate too much, I just treat them all the same: OFFLOAD the data from them and then deal with it.

I use Total Commander, an excellent 3rd party file manager, W.E. I avoid like the plague, and I use Irfanview as well.
